The dental clinic constitutes one of the clinics in the outpatient department. It is well equipped with modern facilities which include a modern ultrasonic scaler. The Unit is run by a well-qualified Dentist & a Dental health Technologist. A Dentist Examining a Patient. The Dental Unit is open daily from Monday to Friday starting from 8.00 am-5.00 pm. Services offered include; Dental restorations (fillings & root canal treatment), Removable prosthodontics and orthodontics, Full mouth scaling and prophylaxis, Simple extractions and Surgical removal of teeth among others. The dental department aims to offer quality dental treatment at a subsidized cost, therefore ensuring that people from a low socio-economic population can access these services as well.
